John ★★★★★

The cooling sensation kicks in right away, which makes such a difference on warm days when I’m already dealing with leaks. The organic cotton cover breathes well and hasn’t caused any irritation, even after wearing one for a few hours. Feels like a small win for my peace of mind.

Elizabeth H. ★★★★★

The cotton cover is noticeably softer than the cheap disposable liners I used to wear, and these haven't shifted once during my morning walks. The herbal cooling hit is subtle but lasts a good while, making the whole thing feel less like a medical product and more like a normal undergarment.

Kevin C. ★★★★★

The cotton cover feels far softer than the disposable liners I used to rely on, and the cooling effect actually lasts through a full afternoon of errands. I don't have to think about it once it's in place, which is exactly the kind of quiet confidence I needed for this stage of life.
